I worked as the brand’s Social Media Manager, with a primary focus on Facebook. My role centered on managing content and community engagement for a highly regulated, customer-facing brand.

Scope of Work:
• Managed Facebook content and community for the brand
• Planned and populated the social media calendar, including article shares from the official website
• Conceptualized and wrote Facebook post ideas aligned with brand and campaign objectives
• Handled private messages and comments covering product inquiries, policy clarifications, customer concerns, and career-related questions
• Produced monthly reports with data analysis, audience behavior insights, and recommendations to improve engagement and traffic metrics
